year Earning Potential: $104,000 in your first year including
bonuses!Compensation: $80,000 to $84,000 per year. Individual
salaries are determined using various factors such as experience,
skills, geography, and proficiency in the role.Bonuses: In addition
to bonus monthly/quarterly ($35,000+ in your first three years) you
will also have the option to choose between a $10,000 sign-on bonus
OR $20,000 for relocation assistance (not both). to be eligible for
the sign-on bonus, you must provide more than 51% of supervision
in-person.Relocation Assistance: $20,000 is available in relocation
assistance for this positionEducation and Mentorship: Ongoing CEUs
provided by BCBA-D; annual in-house conference featuring leading
researchers in the field; opportunities to lead sponsored research
initiativesSome Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues
from Day 1 and 401K Match!Availability we're looking for (this is
not the schedule): Mon-Fri flexibility in the mornings and
afternoons up until 6pm most nights with preferably one to two
evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm. No expectation of
Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.Job
Type: Full TimeJob Location(s): HybridClient Care Expectation: 50%
of supervision hours require in-person support and the other 50%

(FBAs) and run ABA programsDevelop new programs and perform ongoing
adjustments to current programs as neededProvide field supervision
to behavior technicians as required for casesSupport staff in
meeting productivity requirementsWrite performance evaluations for
behavior techniciansAvailable to parents & behavior technicians by
phone when there is an emergency or urgent needProduces progress
reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission
timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sourcesAttends staff
meetings, training, and other meetings as requestedMotivated to
lead by exampleRequirements:Master's degree in Psychology, Child
Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or
relatedprogram, requiredActive BCBA Certification requiredActive
LBA certification issued by the state of New York3+ years of
experience working in the field of Applied Behavior AnalysisAt
least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions
for data collection, programming, and report writing tasksSubject
to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical
Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our
