  • Prior Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
  • CT experience preferred
  • Continuing education classes
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Patient Care. Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and Interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs
    • Documentation. Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures; document performance of studies in patient charts
    • Daily Maintenance. Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock and prepare roomsMinimum Qualifications:Two year college degree in Radiologic Technologist in Applied Science or equivalent.Required Licensure/Certification Skills:--- NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or) must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment.--- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment.--- Effective 7/16/2018 - NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment.Rochester General Health System is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer. PAY RANGE:$31.00 - $44.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14621 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
