The opportunityDelaware North Gaming is searching for part-time Cage and Vault Supervisors to join our team in Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York.   • Cross train in the Overnight Main Bank.
  • Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain self-serve kiosks.
  • Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary. More about you
    • Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment's.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high-volume environment required.
    • Must have basic computer skills.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license. Physical requirements
      • Ability to lift 30lbs occasionally, push and pull trolly cart with approximate weight of 100lbs.
      • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
      • Must be able to bend, lift and crouch as needed.
      • Work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke. Shift detailsEvening shift
