Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers to address
inquiries and provide assistance
Share expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate
insurance coverage
Demonstrate empathy while managing claims for customers involved in
accidents
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years
post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training
provided for obtaining it
Fluency in Spanish and English
Ability to work evening hours and weekends after training
Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet connection
at home
