Full or Part-time Family Medicine position with a mission-driven
community health center to provide and expand community outreach
health care and vaccination services to a multi-cultural population
in the Erie, PA area.
Opportunity to work additional time providing outpatient direct
primary care services, with emphasis on modifiable disease
detection and treatment.
